PB Series Mixer
Prochem units, powered by belt and available in top and side-entering configurations, are ideal for applications in the Pulp and Paper, Oil Storage, Ethanol, Mining, Food, and Chemical Processing industries. These units utilize high-flow impellers to enhance energy efficiency in your processes, and additional features like seals, vessel shut-off devices, lubrication systems, and shaft support devices are also available.
Prochem’s PB Series Mixers come with pillow block-mounted inboard and outboard bearings, enabling easy servicing or replacement of bearings and ensuring truly efficient fluid processing.
- Available from 1 hp to 300 hp with speeds from 160 rpm to 480 rpm
- PB Mixers offer shaft sizes from 2″ to 7″
- Minimum B-10 bearing life of 100,000 hours

MD Series Mixer
Prochem’s MD Series Mixers are specifically crafted for side-entering applications and incorporate a modular design with innovative shaft-bearing cartridges. This design enables longer operating runs between maintenance periods.
- Standard PB Mixers are available from 1 hp to 300 hp with speeds from 160 rpm to 480 rpm
- Heavy-duty, oversized shafts, the largest in the industry, are designed to handle up to 10 times the normal operating bending load at full torque. PB Mixers offer shaft sizes from 2″ to 7″.
- Minimum B-10 bearing life of 100,000 hours
